The University of the Fraser Valley, Canada invites application for Entrance Scholarships for eligible and interested candidates
About- Each year, UFV International welcomes more than 800 new students from over 70 countries around the world. UFV invites academic excellence by awarding many entrance scholarships every year. This past year UFV International awarded over $400,000 in scholarships.

Location- The University of the Fraser Valley, Canada
Eligibility/Qualification–
- This scholarship is available to top international applicants who apply to study at UFV in their graduating year or have recently graduated with a minimum overall GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.75.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have applied to a degree program. Eligible recipients will be awarded $5,000 per year over four years.
- To maintain receipt of the yearly scholarship, students must have a CGPA of 3.0 for the previous year’s studies.
- Short-term visiting and exchange students are not eligible for the entrance scholarships.
Job/Position Description-
UFV is pleased to offer the following entrance scholarships for the year 2021:
- A $20,000 International Excellence Entrance Scholarship (Renewable) to 10 of the top international applicants.
- A $5,000 International Regional Entrance Scholarship to 30 of the top international international applicants.
- A $5,000 British Columbia (BC) High School Entrance Scholarship to 5 of the top BC high school graduates.

- Scholarship selections are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants are encouraged to apply to their chosen program at UFV as soon as possible and provide a complete application. A complete application includes: application fee paid, proof of English language proficiency, official high school and/or post-secondary transcripts.
- No separate scholarship application is required. Eligible recipients will be automatically contacted.
- Scholarships will be issued as a tuition credit in the first semester of studies at UFV. The scholarship awarded ($5,000) will be posted to the recipients’ account upon successful admission to UFV.
