Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal, India invites applications for Junior Research Fellow JRF at IISER Bhopal from eligible and interested candidates.

Research/Job Area- Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biophysics/Biology or related disciplines

Eligibility/Qualification–

• M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biophysics/Biology or related disciplines from a recognized University/lnstitute and having minimum 55% Marks or CGPA of 7 on a scale of 10.
• At least one national level qualifying examination (CSIR/UGC NET, LS, GATE, etc.) with a valid rank/score at the time of applying.
• Candidates with prior experimental experience in one (or more) of the following: molecular biology/recombinant protein expression and purification/synthetic organic chemistry, will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Preferably below 30 years of age.

Job/Position Description- 

• Project Title: Elucidating the role of lipids in ion channel function
• Name of the positions: Junior Research Fellow – JRF (02 Nos.)
• Funded By: Welcome Trust-DBT India Alliance
• Department: Department of Biological Sciences
• Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- p.m. +   HRA.
• Duration: 4 months renewable up to one year.
