Lancaster University, England invites application for Peel Trust Studentship (Fully Funded) for eligible and interested candidates

About- The Peel Studentship Trust was established in 1964 by donations from the Dowager Countess Eleanor Peel Trust. Find more information about the Trust. The Peel Studentship is an award given by the Peel Studentship Trust to students of Lancaster University.  The objective of an award is to provide support to students to enable access or continuation of higher education where this might be inhibited by financial considerations.  The Peel Studentship Trust was established in 1964, by donations from the Dowager Countess Eleanor Peel Trust.

The awards are available for the support of students for first or higher degrees, in any subject. The period of the award is one academic year, although students can apply each year. The value of the award is determined by the Trustees in each case.

Eligibility/Qualification–

• Both undergraduate and postgraduate students of the University studying either full or part time, providing they are aged 21 or over on the first day of the academic year for which they are applying for the award. 
• Students of any nationality may apply.
•   Please note that if you are not a currently enrolled Lancaster student you need to have made an application for admission to this University before applying for this award.

How to Apply- 

The application cycle will open again for awards for the 21/22 academic year on the 5th March 2021 and will close on the 28th May 2021.

Please note that the selection process is made during the summer and successful applicants will be notified by August.
