University of Bristol, UK invites application for Think Big Postgraduate Scholarships for eligible and interested candidates

About- Prospective international students can apply for Think Big Postgraduate Scholarships funding towards the cost of tuition fees. Awards for undergraduate international students are valued at £5,000 and £10,000 and can only be used towards the cost of tuition fees.

Scholarships are available for our qualifying courses starting September 2021, and will be awarded for all years of undergraduate study taking place at the University of Bristol.

Eligibility/Qualification–

Undergraduate

To be eligible for the University’s undergraduate scholarships, you must:

• be applying to any undergraduate course at the University of Bristol, with the exception of medicine, dentistry and veterinary science;
• start your undergraduate programme in September 2021;
• be classed as an overseas student for fee paying purposes;
• not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship.

Postgraduate

To be eligible for the University’s postgraduate scholarships, you must:

• be applying to any one-year, full-time postgraduate programme at the University of Bristol;
• start your postgraduate programme in September 2021;
• be classed as an overseas student for fee paying purposes;
• not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship.

Qualifying programmes

Any one-year, full-time postgraduate programme.

Job/Position Description- 

Unless otherwise stated, scholarships will be given in the form of a tuition fee discount and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

If the amount of scholarship awarded is more than the cost of the tuition fees, the tuition fees will be covered in full and any remainder will not be issued.

Unless otherwise stated, undergraduate scholarships will be awarded for all years of undergraduate study taking place at the University of Bristol (not including placement years), subject to satisfactory attainment throughout the programme.

The University of Bristol reserves the right to update or amend scholarship awards without notice, based on the availability and quality of applications that are received.

The are two applications round for this scholarship:

• Round one deadline: 10 am (UK time) 29 March 2021. Undergraduate and postgraduate applicants will be considered in round one.
• Round two deadline: 10 am (UK time) 14 June 2021. Only postgraduate applicants will be considered in round two.

Postgraduate applications for round one may be considered again in round two. We will contact you after 26 April to let you know if your application has been unsuccessful or if it will be considered in round two. We are not able to accept late applications.

All undergraduate applicants must apply in round one. Undergraduate applicants will not be considered in round two. We are not able to accept late applications.
