Project Assistant Position at IISER Mohali, Qualification – Master Degree

Eligibility/Qualification–

• First class M.Sc. degree in Chemistry (with a specialization in Organic Chemistry) from a recognized University/lnstitute with valid NET (CSIR/UGC JRF) /GATE.
• At least 3 years of experience of working in an organic synthesis laboratory is necessary.
• A candidate well-versed with organo-lithium chemistry, capable of handling electron-rich trialkyl phosphines and having a working knowledge of Glove Box would be preferred.

Job/Position Description- 

Name of the Post: Project Senior Research Fellow

Title of the Project: Predictable switching of site-selectivity in C(sp2)-H functionalization.

Duration: 3 months (extendable by 3 months)

Salary: Rs. 35,000/-p.m.
