Eligibility/Qualification:

  • International student with a valid study permit.
  • Citizenship from one of the countries in Africa, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, or Vietnam.
  • Full-time enrollment.
  • For Entrance scholarship: Admission average of 89.99% or lower.
  • For Excellence scholarship: Admission average of a minimum of 90%.
  • Newly admitted to specified undergraduate programs offered in English or with the French Immersion option.

Job Description:

The Research Associate will work closely with the scholarship program team to facilitate the application and selection process. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with eligible students for scholarship consideration.
  • Verifying proof of citizenship for awardees.
  • Collaborating with various faculties to ensure equal distribution of scholarships.
  • Assisting in the renewal process for eligible scholarships.
  • Providing information and assistance to potential applicants.

How to Apply:

Interested and qualified applicants must follow the outlined procedure:

  1. Submit the application through OUAC Application Portal.
  2. The University will generate a Student Number for the applicant.
  3. Login to the University’s portal, UOZone, using the assigned Student Number.
  4. Submit academic results and required documents for review.
  5. After successful review, receive a conditional admission offer, which includes scholarship details based on academic performance.
