Eligibility/Qualification
- Must be a foreign citizen from non-EU countries.
- Should not hold Romanian citizenship.
- Aged no more than 35 years for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and no more than 45 years for Doctoral studies.
Description
The Romanian Government Scholarship 2026 is offered to international students to promote Romanian culture and education. The scholarship fully covers all expenses, including the registration fee, tuition fees, accommodation, and a monthly stipend:
- €65/month for Undergraduate students
- €75/month for Master’s students
- €85/month for Doctoral students
Students who do not know Romanian will be provided with a one-year supplementary language course.
