Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Must currently be enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Physics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.

Academic & Research Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of publications in top-tier conferences and venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, SIGGRAPH).
  • Strong theoretical foundations and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision (knowledge of Computer Graphics is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch.
  • Advanced programming expertise in Python and C++.
  • Familiarity with CUDA and GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and collaborative skills.

Scholarship / Internship Description

During the internship, selected candidates will:

  • Advance Frontier AI: Propose, prototype, and validate novel algorithms advancing state-of-the-art AI systems.
  • Publish & Patent: Co-author papers for premier academic venues and contribute to intellectual property/patents.
  • Product Impact & Tech Transfer: Work alongside engineering teams to transition novel models into flagship NVIDIA platforms (e.g., Isaac, Omniverse, DLSS, Metropolis).
