Job Description

Participants in the KAPSARC Graduate Development Program will gain invaluable experience through either the Consulting or Enabling track:

  • Consulting Track: Engages trainees in projects related to the energy sector, focusing on skills such as data analysis, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Suitable majors include Public Policy, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and Energy Studies.
  • Enabling Track: Provides opportunities to work alongside experts in various fields, with a focus on acquiring technical skills in business. Relevant majors include Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Public Relations and Communication, English Translation, Project Management, and Marketing.
