Fully funded UNIDIR Graduate Professional Program 2025 in Switzerland

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Open to all nationalities
  • A university degree is required: candidates must begin the program within a year of graduation
  • Preferred fields of study: International Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills in digital content creation for social media, email, and web, including multimedia design (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Strong project management abilities (Trello, Google Analytics, WordPress)
  • Attention to detail with an understanding of conflicting goals

Job Description

  • Assist with internal and external communication initiatives
  • Monitor UNIDIR’s editorial schedule and communication plan
  • Organize updates to the website (news, publications, events)
  • Create and manage email campaigns (invitations, newsletters)
  • Ensure materials are copy-edited in line with brand voice
  • Assist with media (photography, videography) and logistical aspects of event planning
