  • Acceptance Letter from DUT Supervisor.
  • Two Recommendation Letters in English or Chinese.
  • Foreign Physical Examination Form & Blood Test Report.
  • Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction.
  • Language Proficiency Certificate (IELTS/TOEFL if applicable).
