The Trinity Leadership Fellowship 2026 offers an exceptional opportunity for international students to develop their leadership skills and engage in community improvement initiatives. This fully funded fellowship program is hosted by Trinity Church in New York City, consisting of an initial in-person gathering followed by online learning sessions.

📅 Program Timeline: Applications for the 2026 Trinity Leadership Fellows open now; deadline January 30, 2026. Phase 2 includes a 30-minute Zoom interview in February 2026.
🎓 Eligibility Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced English proficiency, stable internet for weekly virtual classes (Mondays 12–2 PM ET, Sep 2026–Aug 2027), ability to travel to NYC Sep 13–18, 2026, including visas if needed.
✝️ Faith & Leadership Focus: Active person of faith (program designed for Christians but open to all faiths). Demonstrated community service, goal-oriented beyond self-interest, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, ability to balance short-term and long-term vision.
🤝 Leadership Qualities: Relationship-building, inspiring teams, guiding groups toward shared goals, willingness to sacrifice, high tolerance for discomfort, ability to take criticism, and combine personal ambition with listening skills.

- Short-answer (≤200 words) describing a leadership example
