Eligibility/Qualification

  1. Professional Background: Government officers or public university professionals with at least 3 years of experience in smart city-related fields.
  2. Academic Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
  3. Nationality: Nationals of ASEAN member states (both the applicant and their parents must hold foreign citizenship).
  4. Additional Preference: Recommendations from the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) will be prioritized.
