Scholarship Description (Financial Benefits)
This is a fully funded scholarship that covers all expenses for the postgraduate degree program or training course, including:
- Airfare: Round-trip international airline tickets.
- Allowances: Arrival allowance, tuition fee, and return fees (€700 once per stay).
- Living Allowance (Training Courses): €93/day for stays of 8–17 days; €1500/month for 18 days to 6 months.
- Mission Fees: Indirect mission fees (€200 once per stay).
- Fees Covered: Registration fees and insurance fees.
- Travel Costs: Expenses that are part of inter-university training.
Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age Limit: Under 40 years old for Degree programs; under 45 for Training Courses at the time the training begins.
- Eligible Countries: Must be a citizen of Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Peru, Philippines, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, or Zimbabwe.
