Eligibility/Qualification

To be eligible for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen or have refugee status from an eligible Commonwealth country or be a British Protected Person.
  • Be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country.
  • Hold a first degree with at least upper second class (2:1) honors; lower qualifications may be considered with significant relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate an inability to fund the program without scholarship assistance.
