Eligibility/Qualification
- Applicants should have 5-10 years of professional experience with regional, local, or global achievements.
- Preference will be given to young applicants, although there is no specific age requirement.
- Candidates must represent the Global South and may come from developing regions including Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America/Caribbean.
- Excellent command of the English language is required.
- Candidates must be available for all components of the fellowship, including two in-person sessions and five remote sessions.
- Participation in a collaborative group project is mandatory.
Job Description
Fellows will participate in a hybrid program comprising two in-person weeks and several remote sessions. The in-person orientation at Yale University will take place from February 16-20, 2026, and will focus on establishing a framework for climate change discussions. Following this, participants will engage in interactive remote sessions from March to June 2026 centered on climate policy issues. The second in-person gathering in Paris is scheduled for June 15-19, 2026, where fellows will present their findings and recommendations to an advisory committee.
