Eligibility/Qualification
- Institutional Affiliation: Applicants must be enrolled or employed at an accredited higher education institution in a CEEPUS member state.
- Academic Standing: Student applicants must have completed at least two (2) semesters of study prior to mobility.
- Eligible Countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
- Citizenship / Residency Rules: Applicants cannot apply for a scholarship in their country of citizenship or permanent residence.
- Funding Restriction: Dual funding for the same mobility period is not permitted.
Job Description
The program provides financial support across four primary mobility categories:
Mobility Types
- Student Mobility (3–5 months): For BA, MA, and PhD students attending courses, earning credits, or taking part in internships.
- Short-Term Student Mobility (1–2 months): For final-year BA/MA or PhD students conducting research, lab work, or consultations for their thesis/dissertation.
- Teacher Mobility (Min. 5 working days): For university faculty members delivering lectures or supervising students (minimum of 6 teaching hours per week).
- Freemover Mobility: For candidates whose home university is outside the active network (requires a host university acceptance letter).
