Eligibility/Qualification

  • Open to all international students (non-Hungarian citizens).
  • For undergraduate programs: 12 years of schooling certificate required.
  • For master’s programs: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • For doctoral programs: Master’s degree required.
  • If the previous degree was in English, an English Proficiency Certificate can be submitted in lieu of standardized test scores (e.g., IELTS).

The scholarship will cover:

  • Tuition Fee: Exemption for all students
  • Monthly Stipend:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s: HUF 43,700 for living expenses (12 months)
  • Ph.D.: HUF 140,000 for living expenses (12 months)
  • Accommodation: Dormitory placement or monthly contribution of HUF 40,000
  • Medical Insurance: Health care services according to Hungarian legislation plus supplementary medical insurance up to HUF 100,000 per year
