Description
The Taiwan Fellowship 2026 is designed to support global academics in advanced research focused on Taiwan, cross-strait relations, regional security, diplomacy, disinformation, technology policy, and global supply chains. Selected fellows will receive:
- A monthly research grant (NT$60,000 for Professors and NT$50,000 for other eligible applicants)
- Round-trip economy airfare (up to NT$60,000 for travel from Europe)
- Group accident insurance (coverage up to NT$1,000,000 including NT$50,000 medical insurance)
- Flexible research periods between 3–12 months
How to Apply
- Submit your online application through the official portal: Taiwan Fellowship Application between May 1 and June 30, 2025.
- After completing the online application, print and mail your application materials to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), Prague, postmarked by July 1, 2025.
