Eligibility/Qualifications

To be considered for the Kansas State University Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in ecology, biology, or a related field by the time of hire.
  • Be enthusiastic about arthropod and/or grassland ecology.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description

Selected candidates will join the Welti Arthropod Ecology Lab, engaging in field research at the nearby Konza Prairie Biological Station. Responsibilities include conducting research on grassland arthropod biodiversity, ecological functions, and species interactions, as well as participating in lab-based work.
