The Harvard LEAD Fellows Program is a fully funded fellowship opportunity for international students focused on global health leadership. This six-week in-person program will commence in April 2027, with a virtual component in the fall of 2026. The program aims to empower leaders from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) in the field of global health.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Applicants must have a masterās degree in a related field.
- Must be employed full-time in the global health industry.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience (work done while enrolled in school does not count).
- Full support from the applicantās workplace is required, along with an organizational champion for reference.
- Applicants must take a leave of absence from their home institution during the six-week in-residence program in April 2027.
Job Description
Selected fellows will:
- Engage in a transformative six-week in-person training program.
- Collaborate with Harvard faculty involved in global health research and scholarship.
- Develop leadership skills tailored to empower emerging leaders, especially women in global health.
- Create plans to mentor and support upcoming leaders in their field.
