Eligibility / Qualification Criteria
- Age Requirements:
- International applicants: 18 to 25 years old.
- Singaporean applicants: 16 to 25 years old.

- Academic Standing: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution (junior college, polytechnic, university, or equivalent).
- Institutional Support: Must secure an official nomination or endorsement from their educational institution.

- Minimum of 1,000 followers on relevant platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Active monthly posting schedule and consistent content creation.
