Eligibility/Qualifications

  • Academic achievements and personal/community service records required
  • For master’s degree candidates:
  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience after last degree
  • For certificate program candidates:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Explanation of action plan required
  • Not currently enrolled in other degree programs
  • Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply
  • Must have a three-year gap from previous certificate or scholarship program applications
  • Active Rotary members or employees of Rotary entities are ineligible.
