- Health: Good physical and mental health.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree for Master’s, Master’s degree for PhD.
- GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 80/100.
- Language Proficiency: IELTS (6.0+), TOEFL (80+), or equivalent proof of English language skills. Alternatively, a certificate from the previous university stating that the degree was taught in English, or proof of studying in an English-speaking country for over one year.
