Eligibility / Qualification
To be eligible for consideration, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Residency: Must be a Permanent Resident of Hong Kong.
- Education History: Must have completed at least five (5) years of continuous full-time schooling in Hong Kong.
- Admission Requirements: Must fulfill the admission criteria of their preferred universities abroad (admission offers are not required at the time of application, but applicants must designate up to 10 choices of university/program combinations).
- Language Proficiency: Must prove proficiency in English and Chinese, as well as a solid command of the language of instruction for their chosen program.
