- Master’s Candidates: Must hold an accredited Bachelor’s degree.
- PhD Candidates: Must hold an accredited Master’s degree.
- Nationality: Open to international applicants adhering to Taiwan Ministry of Education regulations (specific rules apply for past/present ROC nationality or specific ties to Hong Kong, Macao, or Mainland China).
- English Proficiency Requirements:
- Master’s Applicants: Minimum CEFR B1 (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or PTE Academic).
- PhD Applicants: Minimum CEFR B2 (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or PTE Academic).
- Waiver: Available for native English speakers or applicants whose previous degree was fully taught in English (official English-medium instruction certificate required).
- Financial Proof: A bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 4,000 (or USD 5,000 for the INTENSE program).
Scholarship Description
Taipei Medical University does not require a separate scholarship application. Scholarship evaluations are conducted concurrently with the graduate admission process:
