Eligibility/Qualification
- Must be a citizen of a country eligible for the Taiwan ICDF Scholarship.
- Cannot be a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or an overseas compatriot student.
- Must meet the admission requirements of the partner university.
- Must fulfill all visa requirements for a Resident Visa (Code: FS) and an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).
- Cannot receive another Taiwan government-sponsored scholarship in the same academic year.
- Must have graduated from previous scholarships by July 31, 2024, if applicable.
- Must provide the highest-level diploma by July 31, 2025.
- Must not have had any previous scholarship revoked by Taiwan’s government.
