Eligibility/Qualification

  • Applicants must be no more than 30 years old at the time of application.
  • A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an internationally recognized university is required.
  • Applicants must fulfill UBD’s admission requirements, including proof of English proficiency.
  • A high-quality research proposal must be submitted.
  • Applicants must have obtained their degree within 5 years before starting the scholarship at UBD.

Job Description

The scholarship covers:

  • No tuition fees, registration, or acceptance fees at UBD.
  • A subsistence allowance of BND 2,200.00 monthly for 3 years.
  • Free on-campus accommodation.
  • One-time economy class air tickets for incoming and outgoing travel.
  • Funding for overseas research or conference presentations up to BND 3,000.00.
  • Payment of visa fees by the host university.
