Eligibility/Qualification
- Open to all nationalities
- A university degree is required: candidates must begin the program within a year of graduation
- Preferred fields of study: International Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skills in digital content creation for social media, email, and web, including multimedia design (Canva, Photoshop)

Job Description
- Assist with internal and external communication initiatives
- Monitor UNIDIR’s editorial schedule and communication plan
- Organize updates to the website (news, publications, events)
- Create and manage email campaigns (invitations, newsletters)
- Ensure materials are copy-edited in line with brand voice
- Assist with media (photography, videography) and logistical aspects of event planning
