Eligibility/Qualification
- Must be a citizen of a country other than China.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Should be in good physical and mental health.
- For undergraduate: high school diploma; for master’s: bachelor’s degree; for doctoral: master’s degree.
- Undergraduates must be under 30 years old, master’s applicants should not be older than 35, and for PhD level A, under 35; level B, under 45.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 for undergraduates; HSK Level 4 for master’s and doctoral) and English.
- Applicants should meet the specific admission criteria set by USTC.
- No existing PhD enrollment in China for doctoral applicants.
