Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Academic Status: Currently enrolled in a university degree program (having completed at least three years of undergraduate study) or have graduated within the last 18 months.
  • Eligible Fields of Study: Medicine, Public Health, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Information Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Language Skills: Strong English proficiency. Knowledge of French or another United Nations language is considered an advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Good research, analytical, and communication skills, alongside familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Internship Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conducting literature reviews on medical countermeasures and researching vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.
  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing scientific data.
