The IACC Young Journalists Program 2026 is a prestigious, fully funded initiative designed to empower early-career journalists. Organized by Transparency International as part of the International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC), this program selects ten promising young journalists from around the globe to report on the world’s most significant anti-corruption gathering. Participants will gain firsthand reporting experience, expand their international network, and deepen their understanding of global governance, transparency, and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Employment: Must be currently employed as a journalist (print, digital, radio, television, or multimedia).
- Experience: Must have prior experience covering social, political, economic, or public interest topics.
- Age: Must be younger than 35 years old on December 6, 2026.
- Language: Must possess a strong command of the English language.
- Commitment: Must demonstrate a genuine passion for reporting on transparency and anti-corruption.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
Program Expectations
As part of the program, journalists are expected to:
- Attend all scheduled workshops and conferences.
- Engage with global leaders, activists, and subject matter experts.
- Produce and publish at least one conference-related report.
- Submit their work to a reputable media outlet following the program.
- Adhere to the established code of conduct and terms of reference.
